Hourly and Day rates depending on discipline and seniority, and as agreed upon joining. Once you set your rates, we don't negotiate you downwards.
No Overhead
No timesheets, no utilization targets, no billability pressure. We're not your overlords. We're your partners in projects.
Autonomy
Choose your projects, choose your involvement, but be a top-notch teammate. Your time, your rules — within the partnership.
